Eric Bunz is a self-described hard-core surf rat who has grown up fishing New Jersey’s waters. But his scientific mindset—he’s a former environmental scientist—has helped him develop a far wider knowledge base that has taught him how to be successful regardless of what species he’s pursuing.

Charles Daneko, Senior Technical Representative with Winslow LifeRaft Company, has a background in water survival acquired during a 23-year career in the Navy, where he was a Senior Chief Survival Equipment Specialist. Part of his responsibility was to train pilots and aircrew in water survival.

Capt. Allen Gonzalez of Reel Class Sportfishing Charters has been fishing Jersey Shore waters for more than 25 years and attributes the knowledge he’s gained to the assistance of seasoned mates, a few sharpies and a few captains, as well as learning at his father’s side. His passion is light tackle fishing, be it fluke, stripers, blues or another species.

Capt. Adam Nowalsky has been has been fishing the waters of South Jersey for 15 years and has more than 20 years of saltwater fishing experience. After growing up fishing the waters of Raritan Bay and off Sandy Hook, Capt. Adam worked his way through college working on various South Jersey party and charter boats. He also spent countless hours working in the local bait and tackle shop,
Scott's Bait & Tackle, where he had the opportunity to fish with and learn Great Bay from Capt. Russ Albertson.
CAPT. FRANK CRESCITELLI, FINCHASER CHARTERS
Capt. Frank Crescitelli grew up fishing the waters around New York City and has been guiding fly and light tackle anglers in those same waters for more than 20 years, developing a tactical knowledge that can be applied to any fishery. His passion for fishing fuels the Fishermen’s Conservation Association’s annual Manhattan Cup striped bass tournament.
CAPT. BOB MEIMBRESSE, DOWN DEEP CHARTERS
Capt. Bob Meimbresse grew up fishing in South Jersey and helped his father run fishing charters there, and has been chartering on his own since his father’s passing in the 1980s. From bluefish, stripers and black drum, to tuna, mahi and sharks, he covers the spectrum of fishing in New Jersey.
CAPT. CHRIS GATLEY, ARDENT ANGLER CHARTERS
Capt. Chris Gatley has been chartering for a dozen years, and his tenaciousness, his attention to detail and his hard work have quickly earned him a stellar reputation. Whether it’s fishing the Delaware River for smallmouth bass or walleye, or battling tuna, his innovative tactics and try-anything approach has put more than a few fish in the boat.

Capt. Rich Kosztyu of MR Charters has been fishing New Jersey’s waters for the last 15 years, and has recently teamed up with Capt. Chris Gatley to bring innovation and some added excitement to fishing for tuna.
CAPT. AL CRUDELE, BAYHOUND CHARTERS
Capt. Al Crudele learned the charter business at his father’s side and has been chartering in South Jersey and the Florida Keys for 18 years. And he never tires of being on the water fishing. Bottom fishing, striped bass, fluke, he’s done it all, and never hesitates to share his knowledge.
MILT ROSKO
Milt Rosko, a longtime contributor to The Fisherman magazine, has been fishing since childhood and writing about it for various publications for almost as long. A noted author, he has written for national fishing publications as well as small ones and has fished all over the world. But he still loves Jersey fishing best. On a nice day when he’s not writing, he can often be found fishing on one of the party boats or from one of many spots along the beaches.

Capt. Sal Cursi has more than 50 years of fishing New Jersey’s waters for stripers, weakfish and fluke and knows when, where and how to find the fish. Chunking or clamming, worming or jigging, he’s done it all.

GARY DRUCKENMILLER, JR.
In 1995 Gary became Assistant National Sales Manager at Westerbeke Corporation, one of the most respected family names in the marine industry. In 1999, Gary heeded the call of the Internet and took residence with Sylvania as a lead member of their inaugural e-business team, then moved to Swiss Army Brands to manage their global Internet operations, and finally as E-Business Director for Timex, the largest watchmaker in the world. Gary successfully re-launched Timex.com in a joint venture with Amazon.com, establishing himself as a perennial guru within the Internet sector.
Gary’s work in the Internet field has won numerous awards from some of the country’s leading digital authorities including MITX and W3. Gary is a published marine writer including a featured article on the marine diesel generator for PassageMaker Magazine in 1998 and has served as both an information technology columnist and contributing editor.
Gary has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Bentley University
TODD RUSSELL
Todd has an accomplished 15+ year career in marketing and publishing spanning a variety of categories including retail, premium brands, professional sports, financial services, and the marine industry. Having spent the majority of his professional life in the Los Angeles and New York markets, he is accredited with leading teams and managing programs for prestigious global brands such as The Los Angeles Dodgers, Mercedes-Benz USA, and TUMI. Today, he remains entrenched in the marketing communications industry by leading integrated programs for clients- especially those embracing new social media.
Todd is a member in good standing of Newport Harbor Yacht Club in Balboa, California. There, he has sailed in vessels ranging from Sabots to Big Boats- and most everything in between. At one point, Todd owned hull #38 of the Original One Design Windsurfer. Moreover, he has been fortunate enough to race with top sailors from around the globe, including victorious America's Cup skippers and crew.
Todd graduated from the University of Southern California.
