 Bulk  (includes carpet rental & installation)  $11.30sq. ft.  $12.30sq. ft.
   (includes exhibitor-owned carpet installation)  $11.05sq. ft.  $12.10sq. ft.

MTANJ dues must be paid by January 1, 2012 for courtesy NMMA discount eligibility.
